I would like to to edit the message when a user has not sufficient privileges to access to a page :

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page.

If you have any idea.

admincp/Languages & Phrases/Search in Phrases
Search for Text = sufficient privileges to access
You should have 3 there edit whatever one you need
