Yahoo issue!

Has there been a fix for this? The issue of Yahoo declining to receive mail when using vbulletin's internal mailing system?
Is there a mod? or some code that can be placed somewhere to fix this?
I have a gazillion users using yahoo accounts. I need to know if the issue can be resolved.
