Its also a requirement for adsense. The worst they can do is remove your app, and all of its data from facebook.

Its cool. found a template, gave it a quick slap and tickle and added it to the FAQ section with the words Privacy Policy in the url and lobbed it on the fb app detail. Thats all they needed lol

tmpdmp doesn't really collect information, but in the rare case that we would, its all covered there. We do run some really basic data gathering just to track usage :)
