Images upload and saving

Is there anyway to make that you can upload images to specific map because I want to have images from tutuorials on example example.com/tutorials/image.png

There is no way I'm aware to do it with default vbulletin setup. But there are various gallery and image/media hosting mods for the vbulletin that allow creating categories but do they allow also creating specific file paths for that categories? You will need to browse through that mods to find out.
