RSS feed enhancements

Today I am experimenting with the RSS feeds option.

I currently have the feeds set up as threads in a dedicated forum for each feed but the previews are too short.
Is there anyway way (mod) that can lengthen the preview of a feed or is that down to the feed provider?

Alternatively, are there any enhancements that you know of to better present the feeds?

Ozzy wrote up an article about this just the other day. It's on here somewhere but I don't recall where. Maybe it's on his site (http://ozzmodz.com/) too ? Not sure.

OK, cheers. I will need to look at that.

I do notice also that the feeds create quite a number of threads. Way too many.
Guess I am going to need some kind of filter for them.

Also, when set to a users name, i.e posted by (user name) this counts as the users overall post count. So far today, the user has posted 309 times lol.

That is another issue to be dealt with..
