litespeed cache issue

I just installed Litespeed on my server using this plugin:

I'm running vBulletin 4 and I realized when new content is posted such as a new post or thread, it'll refresh the page but I have to manually F5 refresh to see my new post on the page. This was not the case prior to installing Litespeed. How can I fix this? I'm not running vbseo either but dbseo.

That's what I was thinking. Take out the ExpiresDefault "access plus 1 year" too. It's not litespeed cache that's doing this, it's browser cache.

You have to add some specific rules and a plugin (http://www.litespeedtech.com/support/forum/threads/vb-seo-litespeed-cache.4829/) to get the litespeed cache to work with vbulletin. The link is for vbseo, but the concept is the same for dbseo.

I removed those 2 lines. However, now anytime a member (even me as admin) tries to view their own profile it gives off this error:

This user has not registered and therefore does not have a profile to view.


I'm logged in however.

The expires portion left in htaccess is simply this:

EDIT / UPDATE:

I moved some stuff around and now profile works, but the 8way media is not working (clicking videos or categories takes me to the forum home page)
