Welcome thread plugin question

Is there a plugin that creates a new welcome thread/post reply whenever someone registered on the forums? The welcome thread/post reply content will be based on the new custom user field that is required on registration..

I believe I saw something like this here in the forums.. TIA!

Not that one. It only post welcome thread/post reply using premade templates from the admincp
