I already created a ticked but vB support team still not help me. I moved my site to another server and I getting this error header site:

No such class: vB_TemplateParser_Tagif

No such class: vB_TemplateParser_Tagif
No such class: vB_TemplateParser_Tagif

When go to Update Counters page in ACP, getting this errors;

Fatal error: Class 'vb_Search_Indexcontroller_Null' not found in /home/domains/public_html/vb/search/core.php on line 193

Fatal error: Interface 'Iterator' not found in /home/domains/public_html/vb/collection.php on line 37

First step should be reuploading the default files.

What version of vBulletin are you running?
What PHP version is being used?

Reownload the files from the members area and reupload them all. It looks like you are missing a file or else it wasn't copied correctly.

I already tried it.

vBulletin: 4.2.1
PHP: 5.3.28

If you look at your PHP info, is eAccelerator listed?

You're missing files, or something odd is going on.

I'd download 4.2.2, and upload it, and then run the upgrader at this point.

I tried upgrade too vB 4.2.2 but still get the same problem :/

This code is found in includes/template_tag_defs.php

If you're getting that error, files are missing, or nto being uploaded correctly.
