Members see infractions on posts

How I can do that members can see infractions on other posts?

Like card with post, points. So members know what is wrong and that we are serious :)

I don't want to users can see warnings etc. Just red or yellow card on post and when click reason and amount of points.

I like admin can see it, moderators too, but registered members can't...

First image (Administrator.bmp) is from my view
Second image (Registered Member.png) is from member view

I want red card at member view too. So members can see why member is banned...
