Enemy List....

Ok, some of my members had an interesting idea. They would like to have something like a buddy list, only an enemy list. They don't want to waste time reading any post by a member(s) they choose. Some people are extremely annoying and difficult to get rid of, but....This would be a good solution to that problem.

What do you guys think?
