How do I change font color here

I have not found it here in a post yet or I have over looked it sorry.

select Style Manager, then select Style Variable Editor and click "Go".

Slide down to "Header" section and look for these variables:
toplinks_background
toplinks_color
toplinks_hilite_background
toplinks_link_color
toplinks_linkhover_color
