Customer Number Incorrect Error

Hi. I have vbulletin License and trying to install Vb4 on my domain
binaryoptionspimp.com/
After uploading all the files through FTP and setting Config.php. During installation on very first step I have entered Customer Number that is given in Customer area of Vbulletin.com. But it showing me error "Customer number is incorrect"
Please Help.

What version of vb are you trying to install? What version of PHP and MySQL are on the server?

Problem solved after reuploading the Vbulletin software files and running install/install.php path.
