User that bypasses the bans...

I currently have a vBulletin version 4.2.0.

Theirs a user that signed up twice, using the username: vb0d9dc9

Not only does it bypasses the ban, but when it signs up, it's an Administrator... Any type of help is appreciated, I have no idea what causes this and what this "bot" (if it is one) is trying to do.

First you need to follow our advisory about deleting the install folder off your forums.
