[Scandal's] Style Usergroup Permissions

This hack allows you to enable or disable the use of a Style by usergroup. :)
In other words, usergroup permissions for styles.

Installation:
- Just import *xml product.

How to set usergrouo permissions for each Style?
- Go to your admin control panel > (sidebar) Styles & Templates > Style Manager > (and on the dropdown menu for a style select) Edit Settings

Done!
