Hi everyone,
Thank you for such a great community. This site has helped me manage and improve my forum alot over the past 3 years so thank you.
On my forum I would like to encourage users to create threads in certain forums. I feel adding a statistic based rewards has always been good at encouraging this. I tried using the rep system and manually doing it but as it got more popular it became to much work.
What I would like to do is use the reputation system but only allow users to add reputation to a member for the original thread post and only in select forums. Im happy with the reputation system as is and think it would work well. I just want to include those above mentioned criteria.
Does anyone know of a addon/plugin that would do this or a way I could modify the templates to make this possible? Basicaly I just want to hide the give reputation button unless it is the first post of a thread and apply this to select forum ID's
