Just noticed users avatar does not show for profile pic

Is that how it is supposed to work? I know for admin my avatar shows up for both. Anyway to change? Thanks.

It should show when users upload it. Try running General update tools under maintenance section in admincp and look for Rebuild Custom Avatar Thumbnails and Rebuild Avatar Thumbnails

no its not normal it should show right away

You have to upload a separate image for each...one for the avatar and one for the profile pic. You can use the same image if you want, but you have to upload it twice.
