Clicking Post Reply goes to Quick Reply only

Why is it doing that, when it should normally go to the Advanced Posting mode?

Not in vBulletin 4, if you double click on it, it goes to the full reply.

Is there a way to change it?

There is no setting, but I believe there is an article in the vB4 articles forum about how to do the code changes if you want it the other way.
