NavBar Broken on Search Results Only?

My navbar is not showing up in the right place only when I am using the Search.php. It appears fine all other times and I cannot figure it out. It is moving itself up to where my tabs are.

Any thoughts?

It shows in the same place for me on all the pages. If I were to guess, it is something to do with a condition for only admins, or logged in users.

Thanks Lynn. There are two plugins that are messing with each other. I think I figured it out just after I posted.
