Unable To Upload Plugins/Modifications

I'm late to the upgrade (4.2.2) so I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem. I can't upload plugins or modifications, meaning I can't upload Post Thanks, Arcade, Photoplog, etc.

Is there a fix for this or is this something I'm going to have to deal with?

What exactly is the problem? Any errors in the error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)? What version of PHP? What version of the software were you running previously and could you upload plugins then?

Uh, let me play with it for a minute...Mark over in Support just told me what I needed to do with disabling all of the old plugins...
