Ads in a scrolling column?

I was wondering if anyone would know how to create a rolling column where image ads scroll?

Image ads as in Affiliates links advents.
I have the all on my test site, link in sig.

Is there such a mod for vBadvanced or Javascript?

Basically want to have lots of different images scrolling.
