Advertising positions

Hello Guys,

Below image depicts the position of Ads in a Forum or Thread page:

Can any of you guide me on how to position an Ad in the left, right, top and buttom position on the vBulletin 4.2.2 Forum Home ?

Please see attached image for positions.

Also, is it possible to display a Date and Time stamp at Forum Header? I have checked for a plugin, mod or customization for this in vBulletin.org but could not find one.

Please advise me.
