hello,

i am having trouble to find the template to edit for color of links in an open editor box...

like if you insert a link with the editor button and paste the link in...it will show as a different color than the rest of the editor text

anyone can tell me where to change this? its the one i cant find :/

It'd be part of CKeditor, normally, I believe it defaults to your browsers default color for a link that was clicked.

thanks for posting zachery,
true it is link color in an open editor im after but i dont think its the same like you say, or what template even it would be in because ckeditor template is practically empty....i can find things in places like global.css where it seems like it should be, many ckeditor variables, but never saying about link color...

part of my confusion is that this color does not seem to be in any stylevars or anywhere else....its a purplish blue by default and i havent seen that anywhere else so idk where to look, ive spent a while on this but running out of ideas where to even look :/

firebug doesnt hardly show anything either idk whats up with this variable

Ckeditor has its own clientscript file it loads, IIRC. Its called moono, im sure you can find it in the file structure.

/js/ckeditor/skins/moono

It should be in one of the .css files there. (Could probably use firebug to narrow it down.)

thank you for posting, i could not find the variable in the moono file...gecko or something i think it was, i forget...i did find it with firebug tho...

however, i was able to change this variable by adding the code
a { color: #fff; }
to css_editor.css
