VBulletin Problems. Please help!

There are 2 problems in my vbulletin lately. First of all, when I tried to upload images in the CMS article, when I tried to click the image icon and "upload", it won't let me. I even tried basic uploader.

Please let me know how I can fix this.

The second issue is you are missing files with a mod, something to do with experience, you need to upload all the files that came with it.

@ Ozzy- I uninstalled the vbxperience from the mod and it's still showing up that problem. What should I do?

And which folder do I find the files of the CMS articles?
