I'm switching to this hosting provider today. Does anyone have any feedback, experience or advice you can provide as to how to work with them?

From what I have heard, they have awesome support, so I think it is a good move. What host are you switching from?

Moving from 2g2u. URLJet seem very responsive. I get almost immediate answers on questions and issues.

Only 24 hours into this now but I'm amazed at how responsive they are to tickets, which is typically within a few minutes, and how fast they fix things. Our site is a lot faster. I like the way I can get hold of somebody and talk to them direct. It's kind of amazing really compared to what we had before. It's a little expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

Have you had any problems? Any specific recommendations?

Also, would you register your domain with them?

I use them and never had an issue but I also work there so my feedback is slightly biased not even going to lie about it so with that being said take my feedback w/ a grain of salt :p.

Also ticket replies are quick, I was out of power for 4 days so even without me they had plenty of staff to take care of tickets (in other words imho it puts ones mind at ease to know it's not one guy pretending to be five to ten people lol, its a professional hosting company with quite a few employees).
