Sorry, the plugin you are interested in will not work for vbulletin 4.1x series. Vbulletin4 uses the 3.x series Ckeditor. :(
Adding a plugin can be challenging and unless you really have a solid grasp of things, you might open your board up to all sorts of new fun for others.

Do you know any plugin that recognize the most famous languages with javascript? Maybe I could implement this with BBCODE.

Are you looking for a code highlighter or are you looking for a script that acts like an IDE?
Most of the mods here are highlighters that highlight the code after it is entered via PHP. There is also a modification by 'Nerbert' that uses codemirror for entering code as a plugin to the CKeditor (not sure if it is available as of yet).
