move this ad or mod to put it where i want?

The ad in my header that is. on my old style when i inserted the ad into the ad_global_header2 template it would put my ad exactly where i wanted (1st attached image) But on my custom style it is putting it over next to the logo. How can i get the ad where i need it? Is there a mod for this? Also maybe if i have more than 1 ad maybe a ad rotater?
