Bitcoin tipbot for vbulletin?

You know how easy it is to tip someone at reddit.com? Would it be possible to implement something similar on vbulletin? That way, if a post is really valuable I could actually tip the poster with real bitcoins and promote bitcoin as a side-effect.

Any ideas if someone like this has been created? Thanks.
