Site front page not showing up

My site at www.hangin-out.net will not show up. If I type www.hangin-out.net/index.php then it will show up as normal. I reinstalled all my files due to a js redirect malware problem (again)

So what has changed that my .net address does not show up but the .net/index.php will show up?

open folder WWW
and delete this page index.html
http://www.hangin-out.net/index.html

after this you will see index.php working good

Worked like a charm. Once again vb.org comes through
