Hello, I'd like to change the background image of my forum... When I open the doc_background file all seems fine, I see my image in the preview, but then when I push Save the online forum stays the same... How can I fix this?

Make sure you hard refresh your browser, hit the f5 button or view your background image and then reload the page while viewing it....sometimes its just a caching issue....

just press Ctrl+Shift+N to open Incognito Windows (chrome)

Thanks for your replies, I've tried but...no luck! The background is still the same and my image doesn't show even if when I open doc_background I see it in my preview... More suggestions?

CTRL + F5 and you should see it...

Is your background locateded in: background: url(/sfondo.png)

When I make the preview I can see it! But online I can't...

it should read: URL(vB/sfondo.png)

It looks like that! But when I go to the online forum...nope :(

It's a style of which I've bought the license...could that be the problem? It cannot be modifed?

Wouldn't be 100% sure to be honest, when I was viewing your site it was more or less a default vb skin?

Hi, the forum has several different styles; one of which is the default one, but the others are all based on Primus style, you can see it if you go to the bottom left, and choose one.

It's the Primus Blue!
The background is always the same, even if in my preview I see it how it should be...
