Users table

We are looking to export a list of users from our boards. I have looked at exporting the Users table directly from the database and also using the "Generate Mailing List" feature within the ACP. Problem is that both ways include users that have been deleted. When you use the Search for Users within the ACP, it doesn't show or find these deleted users. Is there a field or flag that I'm missing to filter out the deleted users?

I know this won't help, but if your user table still has deleted users in it then there is something very wrong with your installation. When you delete a user, they are deleted from the user table.
