I'm at a bit of a loss here.
I advertise my basketball forum via YouTube videos, and in the comments section of videos people are saying they're unable to access the site.
I contacted my ISP for assistance, and this is what they said below:
I looked into the issue very carefully. As a part of my investigation I checked the Apache and PHP error logs stored on our server.
Here are the Apache logs that I found and that are related to that case:
Code:
[Fri Feb 21 21:59:07 2014] [warn] [client 23.229.67.208] Timeout waiting for output from CGI script /home/obglobal/public_html/register.php, referer: http://obglobal.net/blog.php?do=list&span=24
[Fri Feb 21 21:59:07 2014] [error] [client 23.229.67.208] Script timed out before returning headers: register.php, referer: http://obglobal.net/blog.php?do=list&span=24 su
[Fri Feb 21 22:24:34 2014] [error] [client 60.29.35.14] client denied by server configuration: /home/obglobal/public_html/entry.php, referer: http://obglobal.net/
From these logs I could only conclude that there is some script related issue with your forum. It takes more time to register a new user than our shared servers are allowing to.
Our support team does not provide vBulletin debugging or programming, since vBulletin is quite complicated application and such requests often exceed the time and effort our team could dedicate. Such requests as well demand deeper programming knowledge.
That is why I would suggest that you contact a professional programmer who would be able to further process your request and debug the application's script executions.
Such professionals could be found on the well known free-lancer websites.
So there you have it.
I need to contact ForceHSS because the issue arose after I payed him for some assistance in tricky matters, but in the meantime, if anyone can list some advice I'd appreciate it greatly.
Thanks very much.
