Mass email in modcp

I run a forum for a dog rescue. Occasionally one of the moderators needs to send out a mass email for various reasons when immediate help is needed. I am tired of doing this for her. Is there anyway I can I add the email all users to modcp?

No way for mods to do it unless there is a plugin for it or some plugin to set auto mass emails
