Moving site

I have moved my site to a new server and domain and i put the tools.php file into my admincp link to refresh cookie path, when i go to the url it brings up my vbulletin customer number, and when i put it in it just refreshes and nothing happens. it brings me back to customer number
Any one know whats causing this?

I would suggest redownloading your vb files from the members area and then reuploading them to the site so you have a fresh set of files uploaded. Then try using tools.php. (Don't forget to remove the /install directory after you are done with tools.php).
