No users can create new threads

I'm lost. I'm usually pretty good figuring things out or finding the solution via Google....but my Google-fu is failing me on this one.

The issue just started today. I have not changed anything for months, this just happened out of the blue.

No one, admin/mods/users can create new threads today. We get the following error:
This webpage is not available

The webpage at http://buellridersonline.com/forum/newthread.php?do=postthread&f=92 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED

I've tried with Chrome (default browser), IE and Firefox, all the same.

Can someone please create just an account at my forum and try making a new thread, anywhere.

If absolutely necessary, I can give Mod/SuperMod/Admin privelages to vbulletin.org staff for troubleshooting.

Yes.

I've read time and time again about people not liking them (haven't read a reason), but I've been using GoDaddy for about 7 years without issues.

If it's a server issue, this is the first time; I think that's a damn good track record.

I've been on GD for ten years with no notable issues and not having them myself.
