Title phrases are unchangable

Hey,

Search and replace option (for translating) in vBulletin 5 is almost working fine but some phrases like page titles cannot be changed.

For example "Advanced Search" title in this page (and all another pages) is unchangeable:

http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/search

Any solutions?
