is this hack around

is there a hack around were i(as an admin) can set users custom titles and titles by posts and so no one else can edit them except me n other admins.??? i so what is the name of it, if not can someone make it.

than you'll see an option to "edit profile" on the bottom there is a place to enter your customer username and password which you received when you purchased vbulletin. if you didnt purchase vbulletin you dont get support.
