You do realize the vbulletin itself offers upgrade/install services for about $150 and many upgrades take a few hours. You want your site basically installed and then your want to "solve all issues" for just $20? That's a tall order. Good luck. And as Ozzy said, you need to post in the Requests for Paid Services forum for this.
