[IMG BBCode] Image Hosts Blacklist

A Vb 3.8.X Request:

It would be a useful feature to have something integrated with vBulletin to disallow hot linking images from certain websites/image hosts.

Somethings like this but oppositely:

This one white lists hosts and it would be desirable if there was a mod for blacklisting instead.
So in the vbulletin admin control panel a webmaster could put a list of domains and when forum member would try to post an image from certain host instead of the picture he would get a message informing him that linking images from a given site is not allowed.

Well would the blacklist be the sites you do not enter in that mod?

Meaning if you don't enter a site, it is technically blacklisted.

Yes, but I don't want to blacklist all sites. I would like to blacklist only a few particular sites.

Well yes. :) Well, to explain the purpose of this.. it might vary. For example blacklisting some nasty adult or advertising sites or like in my case I would like to blacklist photobucket and a few other image hosting sites. Why? Because these sites are not stable way to host images. For example, while browsing lots of very old threads here on vb.org I have noticed that very often images that are hosted on people own sites or some better image hosting sites like imageshack are still there even after many years later. But images hosted on some crapy image hosting sites like photobuket are frequently missing thus making post useless.
I would like such mod in order to in some fashionable way force members of a forum to use better image hosting sites, their own sites and to upolad the images directly to my forum.
