VB 5 icons not showing up

I just installed VB 5 on a website and I am running into an issue with icons not showing up.

I have no clue what the issue is. Any help would be great

Looks like you created or installed a custom style. Does it occur on the default style?

I have deleted all themes besides the default and the same issue is still there.

The issue seems to be fixed. Cleared cache and it is working now.
