What file to edit for the Banned Email Addresses error message

I enabled the Banning Options for my vbulletin 4.2.0 and added @hotmail.com.

What file or template do I need to edit to change the error message response that the user gets when they try to use a banned email address?

This is the message they get now:

The administrator has banned your email address. You will need to change your email address in order to continue. If you think this is done in error, please click here to contact the administrator.

ok, I'm a bit new at this.

Am I using banemail to search the Styles and Templates or am I looking for a file called banemail?

You need to search phrases.

Goto AdminCP > Languages & Phrases > Search in Phrases ... and search for banemail
