Advertising link points to wrong place

I've just added an ad in the control panel (Advertising) which appears in the header of my forum. The text includes a link to another domain that I own that I want people to go to.

<a href="www.digonline.org">DIG</a>

What happens when someone clicks on it, is that they get directed to

http://www.diganswerline.org/www.digonline.org

How do I get Vbulletin to stop appending the forum in front of where I want it to go?

By adding a correct and complete URL to the a-tag in your ad. "www.digonline.org" is not, "http://www.digonline.org" is.
