Trying to better understand FireFox developer tools

Using the Firefox developer tools I'm try to figure out where I find the settings to make an adjustment. As per the screen shot at this link (http://www.livinginkentucky.com/files/graphics/membermap.png) I'm trying to locate where the setting are to increase the padding for the block identified as "blockbody". Doing a search in the templates there is no mention of padding.

For clarification, the developer is no longer around.

Once you find the CSS, being .blockbody now do a search in templates for .blockbody {

Once you find the proper CSS, it should tell you what stylevars are used.
