Thread Thumbnails in Gallery Page Needed

I currently have a thread thumbnails mod running on my forum, shows a thumbnail in front of each thread before clicking into it, I want to get rid of the thread details other then the title and have the page only shows thumbnails with title under each. Basically a gallery looking page that when you click the thumbnail it brings you into the thread.

I have no idea how to do this but it seems like the pros here could probably do such a thing with ease?
