Need help re-integrating a ksin

Hello,
I've got a forum skin that's compatible with vb3.8.7 but I was wondering, if theres a way to convert it to vb4.2.2 because I've recently upgraded my forums.

If there isn't a way to convert it, is it possible that someone can help me recode it to where it works for vb4.2.2.
