Google Sitemap Error

I was trying to submit my site to google site maps and I followed all the steps in this vB video tut below , and whenever I submitted it everything was ok but the CMS XML and it specificly said that Error Missing XML tag This required tag is missing. Please add it and resubmit. What do I add to it / fix?
