CSS template for Edit Post/Preview Changes

Just wondering what template I should edit/investigate to change how the options here are displayed. Currently I have some text/buttons overlapping when users preview changes they've made to posts so I assume I'll have to edit the padding/height for each section of text and buttons (note: the page looks fine when first entering the editor but is messed up after pressing preview changes).

This is on a modified default vb template.
