Paid service to do upgrade from vb3 to vb4?

I want my forum upgraded to vb4, I'm now on vb3. There use to be a section here on vb.org that you could find out what people charge to do this for me and could see their experience. Frankly, I just don't want to read a bunch of manuals to do it. I need to get my mods working too.

Willing to pay, just need the best bang for the buck...
