Internet Explorer won't stay logged in

For some reason IE is force logging out of my site. This is limited to IE as the site works fine with FireFox and Chrome. I've narrowed it down to an HTML forum block that I wrote that contains fairly complex java script code involving a number of cookies I create. This block does not update any vBulletin system cookies but does read them.

Has anyone else experienced this with IE? If so, how did you handle it?

Update:

Solved. I changed the cookie domain in ACP>Options>Cookies and HTTP Options to my domain listed in the drop down list. I really hate IE but so many people still use it.
