OK after having bad night with 4 I decided to upgrade my licence and got 5

After Installing the VB5 I Founded Some forums that I Don't Know what are their benefits or uses.

Can I delete them? or even re-edit and use them?
or why they are made?

Those are the names of your pages. Blogs is /blogs, Groups are your /social-groups etc.
