Skype Widget

I am looking to see if there is any widgets or Forum Blocks that can be edited to use Skype

I have tried looking but can find anything

Do you mean the proprietary skype button?

You could make a custom forum block for that pretty easily, doesn't seem to have much functionality beyond launching Skype though.
